About CITA High

CITA High School is the secondary school arm of CITA International School. The high school was founded on the 21st of October, 2001. The school has a firm commitment to Christian values, which is reflected in the rules and regulations and methods of teaching. The curriculum accommodates both the Nigerian and British schemes. As a result, the option to study at tertiary levels, home or abroad is provided for. Our unique feature of the school's curriculum is the emphasis placed on extra-curricular activities. This emphasis creates avenues for the students to apply knowledge obtained from their curricular exercises.

CITA High School was situated on the same site as the Nursery and Primary School when it operated from its temporary site. At the time it shared laboratory and other facilities with the Nursery and primary school. On the 3rd of October, 2011, history was made when CITA High moved into its state of the art multimillion naira permanent site situated in the town of Rumuochokota in the Etche Local Government Area.  Facilities at the new site can cater for an estimate of 200 - 300 students and about a hundred staff and include an ultramodern office, classroom and laboratory block, a multipurpose hall, boarding facilities, Sporting facilities and a staff quarters for the staff.
